What we collect and why
Contact form submissions
When you use the contact form on our website, we collect your name, email address, the subject you selected, and the message you wrote. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not add contact form email addresses to any marketing or mailing list.
Pre-launch waitlist
If you sign up for our pre-launch waitlist, we collect your email address and store it in an audience hosted by Resend, our email provider, so we can notify you about our opening. We use it only for pre-launch updates, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell or share waitlist emails with third parties for their own marketing.
Age verification
Our website displays a 21+ age gate. When you confirm your age, we store a flag in a first-party cookie (jc_age_verified) in your browser so you are not prompted again for 30 days. Like all cookies, it is included with requests to our site, but we use it only to remember that you confirmed your age — not for advertising or tracking. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Cookies and analytics
We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how visitors interact with our site (pages visited, time on site, referral source) and to monitor performance. This data is aggregated and not tied to personally identifiable information. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted. Waitlist email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or until the pre-launch period ends, after which the waitlist audience is deleted.
Third-party services
We use Resend to deliver email from contact form submissions and to store pre-launch waitlist sign-ups. Resend processes the name, email, and message you submit in order to deliver email to us, and stores waitlist email addresses on our behalf. Our site is hosted on Vercel, which also provides the analytics described above; Vercel's privacy policy is available at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at info@jazz-cabbage.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will respond within 30 days.
Children
This website is intended for adults 21 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our site, please contact us immediately at info@jazz-cabbage.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
